Terms and Conditions – 789br Platform Usage Rules

By accessing, browsing, or using any service offered by the 789br on the platform 789br.best, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy and any specific rules published for games, promotions, and Sports Betting.

Acceptance of these terms occurs at the time of registration, when you confirm your agreement during the account creation process. Continued use of the platform after any changes to the terms constitutes automatic acceptance of the new conditions.

To create an account and use the services of 789br, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Tue minimum age of 18 complete at the time of registration;
• Be a Brazilian resident with a valid CPF active with the Receita Federal;
• Not be enrolled in any active self-exclusion program, whether at 789br or on any other platform;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts;
• Not be an employee, partner, or immediate family member of an employee of 789br or any partner game provider.

The 789br may request documents at any time to verify a player's identity — including a government-issued ID, driver's license, proof of address, and proof of bank account. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in temporary account suspension until verification is complete.

Each player may have one active account only on 789br. Creating multiple accounts using different CPFs, email addresses, IP addresses, or any other method to circumvent this restriction is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts may result in all of them being blocked and any active bonuses being cancelled.

You are entirely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. 789br will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately and change your password.

• The account is personal and non-transferable — assigning, selling, or sharing access with third parties is strictly prohibited;
• The registered name must exactly match the account holder of the bank account used for withdrawals;
• False information provided during registration will result in immediate account closure;
• The account balance is expressed exclusively in reais (BRL) and does not accrue interest.

Inactive accounts — with no login or activity — for more than 12 consecutive months may be administratively closed after notification to the registered email address.

The 789br accepts the following deposit methods, all operating exclusively in Brazilian reais (BRL):

• Pix: instant credit, available 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Minimum deposit of R$ 20.00;
• Boleto bancário: settlement within up to 3 business days after payment;
• Credit and debit card: Visa, Mastercard, and Elo accepted;
• PicPay: instant transfer via digital wallet;
• Mercado Pago: wallet balance or linked card;
• TED Transfer: to Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa, and all other banks in the Brazilian financial system.

The 789br does not charge fees on deposits. Any banking fees charged by the player's financial institution are the player's sole responsibility. Deposits must be made using payment methods in the account holder's own name — third-party deposits are not accepted.

The 789br processes withdrawals as quickly as possible. For Pix withdrawals, the average processing time is up to 3 minutes after the request is submitted. Withdrawals to Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other banks participating in the Pix network are accepted.

Withdrawal requirements:

• Minimum withdrawal of R$ 50.00 upon request;
• The destination bank account must be registered in the name of the 789br account holder — the CPF must be an exact match;
• Full identity verification is required for the first withdrawal and for withdrawals above certain limits;
• Bonuses received are subject to rollover requirements before they can be converted into withdrawable balance;
• 789br reserves the right to request additional documentation for high-value withdrawals as part of its security verification process.

In exceptional circumstances — such as fraud investigations, suspected multi-account use, or requests from a competent authority — the processing timeframe may be extended. In such cases, the player will be notified by email with an explanation and an estimated resolution timeline.

The 789br offers a welcome bonus, weekly cashback, and periodic promotions. Each offer has specific terms published on the promotion page prior to activation. The general conditions that apply to all bonuses are:

• Each promotion specifies the rollover (wagering requirement) needed to convert the bonus into withdrawable funds;
• The rollover must be completed within the bonus validity period, generally between 7 and 30 calendar days;
• Bonuses are credited to a separate balance from real funds and cannot be withdrawn before the rollover requirement is met;
• Each player may redeem each promotion once only, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms;
• 789br reserves the right to cancel bonuses in cases of suspected abuse, collusion, or violation of these terms.

The welcome bonus applies to the first deposit made on the platform. Deposits made before activating the bonus during registration are not eligible retroactively. Cashback promotions calculate the return on net losses — bets minus winnings — within the defined period.

General principles that apply to all games:

• Odds may change up until the bet is confirmed — the odds at confirmation are the ones that apply;
• Bets placed on events whose outcome is found to have been compromised by confirmed match-fixing will be voided.

The 789br is committed to responsible gambling. The platform offers the following tools, available in each player's account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: set a maximum deposit amount per day, week, or month. Once set, the limit can only be increased after a 7-day waiting period;
• Loss limit: set the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a given period;
• Session limit: set a maximum play time per session;
• Temporary self-exclusion: pause your account for 30, 60, or 90 days;
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanently close your account. This action is irreversible.

The 789br strictly prohibits anyone under an active self-exclusion period from creating a new account on the platform. We detect attempts to circumvent self-exclusion and close any identified accounts, holding the funds pending a full review.

• Request by the account holder — voluntary closure.

If the account is closed at the player's request, the available balance — after any rollover requirements on active bonuses have been met — will be returned via Pix to the registered bank account within up to 5 business days. If closure is due to a terms violation, the balance may be held for the duration of the investigation.

The 789br provides the platform as-is, making every effort to maintain maximum availability. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation — downtime for maintenance, updates, or technical reasons beyond our control may occur.

789br is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from betting decisions made by the player;
• Connection issues or device failures on the player's end that affect an active round;
• Unauthorized access to the player's account resulting from the user's own negligence in safeguarding their credentials;
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages not resulting from a direct action by 789br.

The maximum liability of 789br under any circumstance is limited to the amount of the available balance in the player's account at the time of the triggering event.

The 789br may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email to the registered address and via a notice on the platform at least 7 calendar days before taking effect.

Changes required by law or regulatory mandate may take effect immediately, with simultaneous notice to the player. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of the updated terms constitutes automatic acceptance of the changes.

If you do not agree with the updated terms, you may close your account before the effective date by following the procedures outlined in Section 12 of this document.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. In the event of any dispute or conflict arising from this agreement that cannot be resolved amicably, the courts of the city of São Paulo — SP are hereby elected as the sole competent jurisdiction, with express waiver of any other, however privileged.
